Job DetailsJob Location: Tony Hawaii Automotive Group - Waipahu, HI 96797Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 HourlyJob Summary: Repair damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.  Essential Job Responsibilities List the essential job duties that are specific to the position. Wheel repair work -Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturers and dealership standards.  Check wheel parts against the estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Must advise management of any deviations from the estimate. Tools and Equipment – Must maintain in proper state of repair and advise management of any needed repairs. Safety – Must wear all safety and health personal protective equipment as mandated and operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Compliance – Must company with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal.  OSHA Right-to-know, etc Additional Responsibilities: Adhere to the Tony Group Standards SMILE: be positive and respectful to everyone GREET: greet everyone within five feet HELP: help every guest or find someone who can THANK: remember to always thank the guest GOLD: Go for Gold (Grand Opening Look, Daily) QualificationsRequired skills/abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Valid driver’s license and clean traffic abstract requirements Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
