Assistant Manager / Team Lead – Tactical Laser Tag Arena (Full or Part-Time)

Battle House Laser Tag is looking for a high-energy Assistant Manager / Team Lead to help run our tactical, multi-level laser tag arena. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems on the fly, and creating unforgettable guest experiences — this is the most fun management job you’ll ever find.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and supervise staff during high-energy laser tag sessions

• Train, coach, and develop team members

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests of all ages

• Run check-ins, mission briefings, and game transitions

• Open/close the facility, manage cash handling, reconcile registers

• Maintain arena safety, equipment readiness, and operational flow

• Help schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Leadership experience (assistant manager, key holder, supervisor, shift lead, etc.)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable leading groups and motivating staff

• Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure

• Weekend availability (required)

• Interest in tactical games, entertainment, or active environments — a plus but not required
