Looking for a part time job that beats standing behind a register, stocking shelves, or working over a fryer?

Battle House Laser Tag is hiring a Front Desk & Customer Service Team Member to help keep the fun organized.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, both in person and over the phone. Your job is to answer questions, help customers book their visit or party, check players in, and make sure guests have a great experience from the moment they contact us.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and customer questions
• Help customers choose and book laser tag sessions, birthday parties, and events
• Greet and check in customers
• Handle payments and point of sale transactions
• Explain pricing, packages, and available options
• Help organize parties and groups as they arrive
• Respond to basic customer questions and concerns
• Work with the rest of the team to keep operations running smoothly
• Help keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized

Availability

Saturday availability is required, along with availability for some Friday nights and Sundays.

We understand that people have school, college, other jobs, sports, and activities, so we do our best to work with your schedule. Some team members even work an every other Saturday rotation.
