Yes, technically this is a customer service job.

But your office happens to be inside a giant tactical laser tag arena.

Battle House Laser Tag is looking for an outgoing, dependable person to help run our front desk, reception, and phones at our Wake Forest location.

Instead of answering phones in a boring office all day, you'll be helping customers plan birthday parties, book laser tag games, organize groups, and get ready to head into battle.

Your Mission

You’ll help with things like:

• Answering customer phone calls
• Helping customers with reservations and bookings
• Explaining our laser tag sessions, birthday parties, and events
• Checking customers in when they arrive
• Taking payments
• Helping organize parties and large groups
• Answering customer questions
• Keeping the front desk organized
• Communicating with referees and managers to keep everything running smoothly

Are You a Good Fit?

You probably are if you:

• Actually enjoy talking to people
• Are comfortable answering phones
• Can handle several things happening at once
• Are friendly and confident with customers
• Know your way around a computer
• Show up when you're scheduled
• Can work independently without needing someone to constantly tell you what to do

Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is helpful, but personality and reliability matter more to us than having the perfect resume.

Weekend Availability

Saturday availability is a must, along with some Friday nights and Sundays.

We do our best to work around school, college classes, sports, and other jobs. Some team members are even scheduled every other Saturday.
