Under the support of the Contract Administrator Analyst, the Intern is responsible for assisting with the upload of executed contracts into the bank’s new contract repository. This includes contract reviews to accurately store the contract (for example: start date, end date, autorenewal terms) and working with business owners to confirm key information about their contracts, such as contract status. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by team needs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Collaborate with teammates as well as other parts of the organization to complete assigned work.
  • Conduct research and analysis to determine if a contract is still in place or not.
  • Learn and apply best communication practices in a professional context (meetings, email, written work product)
  • Execute tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to business requirements.
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, currently pursuing a BS/BA
  • An interest in law or a pre-law track is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge 

  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized and professional
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated 
  • Excellent problem-solving and execution skills 
  • Proficient online tools & utilities (e.g. Microsoft Office)
