About the Role:
Farmland LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead our talented team in Wakefield, MA! Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily bakery operations
- Train, mentor, and motivate bakery staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain quality control standards and address any production or product issues promptly
- Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and day-to-day team management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of bakery experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
