Base pay of $16.00 with a $2.00 shift differential on weekends!

As a Convenience Store Associate you will be responsible for maintaining a professional attitude and working with sincerity and enthusiasm to reflect the store's commitment to our customers and to fulfill Iowa 80's mission, to be A Place Where People Want to Stop.

Requirements

• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing a step ladder. This position involves standing for eight-hour shifts.
• Ability to consistently lift 20 pounds
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to work in our Coolers, keeping them stocked and organized, communicating when products low, out of stock, or over stocked.
• Ability to work outside at the Gas Pumps and completing weekly cleanings.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Positive telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to show initiative.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Required to work weekends and holidays
