Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 50 associates.


Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays based on production needs
Shift: 1st – 6am-6pm
Starting Pay: $19.00 + $0.50 raise after 90 days (paid weekly)

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • You will operate all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.

  • You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.

  • You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.

  • Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 60 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.

  • This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.

  • Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.

**Physical Requirements **
Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.

You Have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years manufacturing experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, Outlook email

  • An understanding of HACCP

  • The ability to regularly lift up to 60lbs

  • A willingness to cross-train

  • The desire to participate in ongoing efficiency projects
