Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Hybrid Role Full Time
Pediatric Speech Lab | Waldorf, Maryland
Before you read further, we’d love to ask you a few questions:
Are you feeling overwhelmed by productivity expectations that leave little room for quality clinical care?
Did your current role turn out to be more workload than support?
Do you feel like your clinical expertise isn’t being fully heard or valued?
Are you searching for a workplace where collaboration matters more than caseload numbers?
Would you thrive in an environment where leadership listens and clinicians are treated as professionals — not just providers?
If any of these resonate with you, Pediatric Speech Lab may be the right fit.
What if your work as a BCBA felt meaningful again?
