What You'll Do
As a Clinical Director, you will:
• Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervision, and support to clinicians, clinical coordinators, clinical managers, supervisors, and direct care staff.Â
• Foster a culture of professionalism, employee engagement, quality care, accountability, and empowerment while promoting RHD's values throughout the program.
• Monitor program quality and performance through the use of clinical metrics, staff development initiatives, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure services comply with local, state, federal, and industry standards while maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and clinical excellence.Â
• Lead clinical development efforts by identifying emerging trends, collaborating with program leadership, creating therapeutic environments, and reviewing treatment plans and authorizations.

In addition, successful candidates are strong clinical leaders who can balance compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and person-centered care while supporting individuals with specialized behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
Required:
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.Â
• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC licensure; an LSW may be considered if actively pursuing LCSW licensure.Â
• Three to five years of clinical experience working with individuals requiring specialized services.Â
• Minimum of two years of clinical supervision experience.Â
• Strong knowledge of the current DSM and evidence-based clinical practices.Â
Preferred:
• Experience leading behavioral health teams within community-based programs.
• Experience developing clinical initiatives, quality improvement strategies, and therapeutic programming.
Schedule
• Full-Time, Exempt Position.Â
• Primarily weekday business hours with flexibility based on program needs.
• Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.Â
• Flexibility to travel between program locations as needed.Â
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.Â
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and drive a vehicle as needed to perform job duties.Â
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Â
• Ability to work in office and community-based environments across multiple locations.Â
