Speech Language Pathologist

About the Position

Birch Agency is seeking a committed and studentfocused SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to support a school-based program in Walled Lake, MI. This is a fulltime, inperson opening beginning immediately. The SLP will play an important role in supporting student communication, language development, and overall academic success.

Pay starting at $55 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations

• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services (individual and smallgroup)

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school/state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology

• Valid Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA CCC credential preferred

• School-based experience is a plus, though not required

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
