What it's like to be a Member Service Representative?

As a Part-Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. Are you the Member Service Representative we're looking for?

To thrive as a Part-Time Member Service Representative at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy. As an initiative taker, you should be proactive in identifying needs and finding effective solutions. Excellent communication skills are crucial for conveying complex information clearly and effectively, fostering an engaging atmosphere for our members.

6 months of customer service experience

SCHEDULE:

Monday: 11:30am-4:00pm

Tuesday: 11:30am-4:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am-5:15pm

Thursday: 9:30am-5:30pm

Friday: 11:30am-5:00pm

*Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm

*Saturdays would be on a rotating schedule.
