About the Role:Ā 

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experiencedĀ Mechanical AssemblerĀ to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Role SummaryĀ Ā 

DesignĀ andĀ development of electrical systems forĀ our powerĀ generation and oilfield equipment. This role will focus on electricalĀ componentĀ and system design, including one-line diagrams, load lists, BOM creation, testing procedures, and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver cost-effective, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • System Design: Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipment,Ā skidsĀ and control cabinets.Ā 
  • Controls & Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).Ā 
  • ComponentĀ Sizing: Size and specify electrical components, motors, sensors, transformers, and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards.Ā 
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct point-to-point checks, functional testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery.Ā 
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management, enclosure integrity, and wire routing.Ā

Required QualificationsĀ 

  • BachelorsĀ DegreeĀ in Electrical Engineering.Ā 
  • MinimumĀ 3Ā years’ experienceĀ in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or modular equipment packaging.Ā Ā Ā 
  • Industrial control panel standards (UL508A, NFPA 79, NEC).Ā Ā Strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on wiring aptitude, and clear technical.Ā Ā AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.Ā
