Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the supervision and training of the field technicians. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory ordering, distribution of tools to field technicians, van inventory and contractor management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES​​Â
​Monitor inventory usage and coordinate with the inventory coordinator to manage orders, ensuring timely and accurate support for all departments. Â
Track and conduct monthly van inventories. Provide necessary inventory reports as required by supervisors.Â
Address customer complaints and provide resolution support.Â
Prepare and share metrics on field installations with supervisors and managers. Â
Monitor installations and ensure technician reliability and performance is consistent with client expectations.Â
Oversee training and provide daily support for multiple projects, including those involving technical energy analysis and testing systems.Â
Assist in delivering performance management, coaching, counseling, and compliance oversight for the field team.Â
Support operational efficiency by monitoring the dispatch and performance of other support functions.Â
Collaborate with distributors to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities on materials.Â
Manage inventory of supplied materials and company-issued equipment to ensure accountability and availability.Â
Perform other duties as assigned. ​ Â

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Â
​​High school diploma or equivalent required. Â
2+ years' energy industry experience preferredÂ
2+ years of supervisory experience.Â
BPI Building Analyst and Envelope certifications as required by program and client guidelines.Â
Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) certification preferred.Â
Other certifications may be required by utility.Â
Strong technical experience skills and/or in-depth knowledge of home construction concepts. Â
Valid driver’s license required and use of personal vehicle may be necessary per location. Compliance with acceptable vehicle insurance levels as outlined in the company policy.Â
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.Â
Strong communication, both verbal and written, and relationship-building skills.Â
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed.Â

​Proven ability to meet objectives.Â

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Â
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSÂ

Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of automated office machinery, such as a computer.Â

Visual capacity enabling frequent use of computer equipment, operating a motor vehicle and/or heavy equipment.Â
Medium work: ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Â
Indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. This may or may not include extreme cold temperatures below 32 degrees and extreme heat above 100 degrees. Â
Atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dust, gases or inadequate ventilation. Â
Hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, exposure to chemicals, exposure to oscillating movements and working in high places.
Pay Range:
$62,000.00 - $92,940.00The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, certifications, etc.Â
