Administrative managers ensure the administrative aspects of a business running and organized. They
perform administrative tasks like documentation, editing, filing, organization, and sales support. They
also manage other administrative employees to ensure administrative tasks are done; these managers
also train subordinates.

Duties include but are not limited to:
ï‚· Monitor budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies; audit operational reports.
ï‚· Manage and coordinate administrative support services; facilities, security, mail distribution,
record management, and other office support services.
ï‚· Review current processes and recommend procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
ï‚· Oversee facilities planning, maintenance and custodial operations internal or external service
contracts.
ï‚· Manages the administrative supervisors.
ï‚· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

ï‚· Associates Degree Required
ï‚· Bachelors Degree Preferred
 5 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience
 3 – 5 years of Community Association experience

ï‚·Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
ï‚· Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)
at an expert level.
ï‚· Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
ï‚· Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
ï‚· Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
ï‚· Project management at a proficient level.
ï‚· Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
ï‚· Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
