Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time PM Shift
Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Rossmoor Area)

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and hygiene while preserving dignity and comfort
Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in condition
Follow individualized care plans and physician instructions
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to maintain a safe and positive environment
Qualifications
Active California CNA certification
