Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Schedule: Full-Time PM Shift and NOC Shift
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
Measure and record vital signs accurately.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
