$95,000 - $105,000 annually, direct experience highly considered.

How will you make an impact?
As Community Director, you will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers.
- Help managers strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional service to their boards and communities.
- Provide guidance on challenging board, homeowner, vendor, and operational situations.
- Support Community Managers with prioritization, communication, organization, budgeting, and portfolio management.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and accountability.
- Help ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are consistently met.
- Support client retention and assist with resolving escalated client concerns.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Community Managers.
- Support branch operations and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and branch priorities.
- Support budgeting, financial management, and fiscal operations.
- Collaborate across departments to solve problems and support the communities we serve.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Several years of successful community association management or HOA management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing a complex portfolio of communities and board relationships.
- Experience as a Senior Community Manager, mentor, trainer, team resource, or informal leader is highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership capability. Prior formal Director-level experience is not required.
- Strong understanding of community association operations, budgeting, financials, client service, and board relations.
- Ability to coach others and provide constructive direction and feedback.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written business communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively by phone, email, virtually, and in person.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
