Greeter Sales - PI

Description

We are looking to fill a key position at a high-volume Toyota Dealership.

Greeter’s immediate job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Approaching, greeting and welcoming every customer who comes to Toyota Walnut Creek, with a smile

· Finding out whether the customers have visited the Dealership before / working with one of the associates.

· Introducing the guest to a Sales Associate, passing along any important information, such as name and vehicle of interest.

· Informing Sales Associates of customer’s arrival in case of appointments / repeat customer

· Offering customers complimentary drinks

· Keeping track of Sales Associates rotation

· Acknowledging every customer within 5 ft. proximity with a friendly “Hello” even if they have been already helped

· Restocking complimentary water bottles & coffee station

· Interacting with Sales Managers and performing various computer tasks

· Answering the phone and directing calls to the right departments

Requirements

Customer Service Experience Preferred.

Must be outgoing, positive, personable, task oriented.

This is a full time position. Availability to work on weekends is a MUST.

HOURS: 12 pm - 8 pm
