Lube Technician

Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek, part of Lithia & Driveway, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our service team. What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team player with a positive attitude

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00, DOE.
