• Compensation: Starting at $60+/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Help residents improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care

• Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review meetings

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations

• Provide caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning

• Communicate with physicians regarding treatment updates and care recommendations

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
