The Maintenance-General is responsible for performing maintenance and repair duties for community associations, with a primary focus on exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and minor roofing repairs. This role also handles a variety of exterior maintenance responsibilities to ensure the communities we manage are maintained in a safe, functional, and professional manner.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings is maintained.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
- Operate, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment as needed.
- Maintain company-issued vehicles, including routine preventive maintenance and oil changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
