Your Clinical Impact

  • Leadership & Supervision: Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with the state practice act and assist in training Restorative Aides.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in patient care conferences and utilization reviews, and communicate progress effectively with the broader clinical team.

  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain impeccable records, including evaluations and progress notes, ensuring compliance with PT Board and third-party payer requirements.

  • Discharge Success: Facilitate discharge planning by recommending durable medical equipment (walkers, braces, etc.) and providing essential caregiver training for families.
