• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, CMS, and state regulations
• Oversee fire systems, generators, HVAC, and safety logs
• Keep us survey-ready every day
• Respond to issues quickly and lead with confidence

• Maintenance leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of life safety & compliance
