Position Responsibilities: Ā
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments, as a Customer Service RepresentativeĀ
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concernsĀ
- Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound callsĀ
- Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for successĀ
- Other duties as assignedĀ
Required Education and Experience:Ā Ā
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experienceĀ
Preferred Education and Experience:Ā Ā
Bachelorās DegreeĀ
