We are committed to providing the highest standard of patient care from a wide range of specialty services including 24-hour emergency and critical care, anesthesia, surgery, internal medicine, oncology, radiology and diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology, dermatology, urgent care, and cardiology. We are continually seeking to unite highly skilled professionals in veterinary medicine to provide a collaborative environment that strives to promote and strengthen the human-animal bond.   The CSR role is the front line of our hospital, greeting clients when then come in and answer the phone to direct calls. They play a vital role in shaping clients impressions of our hospital, and have a high level of communication with every department. The ideal candidate has a high commitment to providing exceptional client care, thrives in a fast-paced environment while working autonomously, maintains professionalism, approachability and a positive outlook. This role requires one to be detail oriented and reliable as well as adapting to new technology with ease. Key Duties Include Manage a high volume multi-line phone system, directing calls as needed and deciphering emergent and urgent phone calls. Accurately process and apply payments to client accounts. Facilitate client needs including registration of appointments and emergencies, discharges, medication and food pick up. Maintain the waiting room, being cognizant of client wait times. Assist with referring veterinary communication. Provide compassionate support with patient euthanasia, helping families complete required paperwork and disposition elections. Communicate with all hospital departments professionally. QualificationsEducation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Qualifications Minimum of 1 year working in the veterinary field Minimum of 3 years working in client service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to navigate high-stress or emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Schedule: Daytime and overnight hours available. May be eligible for shift differentials. Weekends and some holidays required.
