Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of crews
Direct gardening/Horticulture teams to deliver beauty through horticultural expertise.
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience leading a gardening, horticulture team
Strong knowledge of local horticulture
Professional certification (MCLP, MCH, Master Gardener Certification) preferred but not required

Position Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 Annually
