Blueport is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer II who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, ensuring reliable network performance, and serving as a trusted expert for escalated support. In this hands-on, onsite role (not remote), you’ll work closely with customers, fine-tune systems, and maintain seamless connectivity for top multifamily and hospitality clients.Â

You’ll troubleshoot intricate issues, enhance system reliability, and partner with engineering and customer success teams to provide outstanding network experiences across hospitality and multifamily environments.Â

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point, resolving advanced and complex network issuesÂ
- Provide guidance and support to the Tier 1 support teamÂ
- Configure and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, VPNs, and routing protocolsÂ
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and improve securityÂ
- Deploy and test new networking equipment and solutionsÂ
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivityÂ
- Work onsite full-time in our Walpole office (this is not a remote position)Â
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or technical support environmentÂ
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, wireless)Â
- Practical experience with HP & Cisco switch CLIÂ
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to customersÂ
- Excellent problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Spanish language skills are a plusÂ
