About the Role:

Attic Queen LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Oldsmar, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality insulation solutions to homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities:

Install blown-in, batt, spray foam, and other insulation materials in attics, walls, and crawl spaces
Measure and cut insulation materials to fit various spaces and configurations
Inspect and assess existing insulation for damage, gaps, or inadequate coverage
Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper air sealing and weatherization techniques are applied during installation
Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols and guidelines
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites

Requirements:

Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces in varying temperatures
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day
Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Oldsmar, FL area
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Valid driver's license preferred
