What You'll Do (Line Cook Duties)

• Execute the Menu: Prepare, cook, and garnish food items in accordance with recipes, plating guides, and portion standards.
  

• Station Management: Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies and food products prior to service.
  

• Quality & Safety Control: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.
  

• Speed & Efficiency: Work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure during peak service hours.
  

• Teamwork: Assist fellow team members with prep and closing duties to ensure a smooth shift for the entire restaurant.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  

• Strength: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs (cases of produce, heavy pots, supplies, etc.).
  

• Experience: Previous professional line cook experience is a plus, but an unbeatable work ethic and coachable mindset are our top priorities.
