Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder / Ironworker to join our growing fabrication team. The ideal candidate has experience fabricating and welding structural steel components, interpreting fabrication drawings, and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on structural steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble steel structures according to engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols.
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, drills, and cutting tools.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to complete projects on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of structural welding and ironworking experience.
• Experience reading fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication practices.
• Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Welding Certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience working in industrial or electrical manufacturing environments.
