Pay: Base = $23.50/hour (+ based on experience)Â

What You’ll Do Â
- Review, verify, and approve food safety and quality records across all manufacturing processes including batching, processing, filling, packaging, and sanitation
- Review, verify, and approve laboratory records including analytical product testing, package integrity, and microbiological testing records
- Coordinate and maintain electronic record storage for each production lot
- Oversee lab test schedule
- Maintain plant release log documenting completion of record approval for each step in manufacturing process, including any investigations, COA’s, and finished goods release
- Execute finished goods release in plant ERP system in accordance with established procedures
- Coordinate correction of any record deviations with operations leadership, including maintaining plant record deviation log, and KPI tracking
- Coordinate finished product on time release KPI’s
- Support the FSQ Manager and FSQ Supervisor in maintaining Quality Events in plant ERP system
- Support the FSQ Manager and FSQ Supervisor in maintaining key quality KPI’s for plant review
- Provide contributions towards root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations, including record review and transaction history in plant ERP system
- Provide contributions towards the creation of any new food safety and quality records required by any new customer, process, or regulation
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with external customers, as required
- Participate in 3rd party audits and support from a record reviewer standpoint
- Other duties, as assigned by management
What You’ll Need Â
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Minimum High School degree and a balance between college studies and professional experience in food and beverage manufacturing.Â
- Knowledge and experience of food or beverage testing and laboratory operations.Â
- Knowledge and experience in microbiological testing / commercial sterility testing of aseptic food or beverages. Â
- Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and team building experience.Â
- Ability to adapt to changing operational and organizational needs; ability to lead others through changeÂ
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.Â
- Ability to enforce Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures.  Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint)Â
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting diversity.Â
- Knowledge of FSMA and FDA regulations.Â
