Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems
  • Monitor the Bank's IT infrastructure daily to ensure smooth operations including after hours
  • Implement and maintain IT security protocols
  • Mentor and train junior IT staff
  • Manage IT projects and initiatives
  • Ensure all technological equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly
  • Implement updates and enhancements to current computer systems
  • Roll out new technology solutions across the organization
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget
  • Support the company's eCommerce initiatives
  • Ensure that the business continuity plan is current and coordinate business continuity tests
  • Address cybersecurity vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks
  • Manage the process of testing the company's systems for vulnerabilities
  • Handle security incidents and prevent future breaches

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Associate's degree preferred in Information Technology or related field
  • In-depth understanding of IT concepts and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Fiserv software solutions, including the deployment and configuration of Fiserv applications
  • Basic understanding of Loan Origination Software
  • Knowledge of IT systems administration, including VMware, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience configuring Microsoft Entra tenant settings, Conditional Access policies, and managing Entra applications to ensure secure and efficient access management
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and command-line environments
  • Understanding of Power Automate to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows
  • Experience with SharePoint for building and managing collaborative platforms
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Intune to deploy, configure, and maintain devices, ensuring seamless endpoint management and robust security compliance
  • Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and mitigation strategies
