DESCRIPTION:
Join our Total Rewards team as a Senior Manager of Compensation, where you'll contribute to shaping and delivering effective compensation and benefits solutions. You'll lead the design, governance, and administration of comprehensive rewards programs while collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to create solutions that drive employee engagement and business success. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence strategic compensation decisions, manage complex projects, and contribute to the company's global rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Compensation Committee decision making and external disclosures:
  • Prepare drafts of Compensation Committee materials
  • Analyze external best practices to support design recommendations
  • Support proxy and other external disclosures
  • Support annual total compensation planning for all VPs and above (Band 11-13 population of ~450)
  • Prepare a summary of planning and provide analytical support for CEO/CHRO
  • System enablement via Workday Drive and Power BI
  • Prepare individualized compensation statements
  • Transformation and technology:
  • Partner with HR Technology and Digital teams to automate and continuously enhance processes (Workday, Power BI dashboards and AI tools)
  • Executive compensation analytics:
  • Market pricing
  • Compensation proposals and incremental cost reporting
  • Termination cost impact
  • Support long-term incentive participant education and communication campaigns
  • Support executive compensation aspects of M&A

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Analytical, data driven approach with financial modeling and project management capabilities
  • Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management
  • Sound judgment and ability to manage highly confidential information, work with discretion and confidentiality and strong customer service focus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect dots of the bigger picture
  • Ability to be highly agile, flexible, able to pivot based on new information, different or unexpected circumstances
  • Experience with Workday, Power BI, AI tools and advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other master’s degree in related field preferred
  • Certified Executive Compensation Professional / CCP preferred
  • 10 years’ experience working in a complex matrixed environment desired in highly analytical field such as finance, consulting etc

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
