Job Summary:

We are hiring for a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining and processing financial information along with supporting the General Ledger (Accounting) team. This individual will be responsible for balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation.

Job Description:

  • Prepare Cash and Intercompany reconciliations
  • Prepare accrual and monthly standard journal entries to be reviewed by G/L Manager
  • Maintain various monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliation, e.g. Cash, Prepaid, Accruals, and other current assets/liability accounts
  • Assist in monthly financial statement reviews and various expense account analysis
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed by the request of Assistant Controller, GL Manager, and Senior Accountants
  • Provide support to various groups outside G/L group for any ad-hoc or analytic requests

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
