The Food & Beverage Attendant is a versatile team member responsible for delivering excellent guest service across multiple areas, including breakfast service, bartending, dinner service, and banquet events. This role supports daily operations by providing friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Breakfast Service

• Set up, restock, and maintain the breakfast area.
• Greet guests and ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Assist with light food prep and replenishing buffet items.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety guidelines.

Bartending

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and setup.
• Follow proper ID-checking procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Provide friendly, efficient service at the bar and in the dining area.

Dinner Service

• Greet and seat guests as needed.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table cleanliness and dining room organization.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to deliver timely and accurate orders.

Banquet Service

• Assist with event setup, including tables, linens, and buffet stations.
• Serve meals and beverages during banquets and special events.
• Provide attentive, organized service to large groups.
• Participate in event breakdown and cleanup.

General Duties

• Follow all company service standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage, serving, or bartending experience preferred (but not always required).
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
