We are looking for a driven, team-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is looking to be a true business partner to our hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support a diverse range of positions, including consultants, market research and data analytics professionals, from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, and offer management. A high emphasis is placed on meeting recruitment goals in a timely and cost-effective manner with the highest quality of candidates.
Essential Functions
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs
Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process, advising your business partners and HR colleagues along the way
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Maintain organized workflows and documentation and regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and candidates.
Advise senior stakeholders and hiring managers on selection best practices and candidate experience.
Track and report hiring progress using data to guide strategy, forecast needs, and drive process improvement
Develop creative and efficient sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions
Represent Trinity Partners as a company ambassador to potential employees
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience: 5+ years of experience managing the full cycle recruitment process
Other Skills:
Experience in consulting, professional services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries a plus
Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels within the organization
Ability to lead creative direct sourcing strategies
Proven results-oriented work experience in a competitive, fast paced industry providing high touch service
Proven success with sourcing and pipeline management
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS management- Workday preferred

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $100,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
