Teller/Member Service Representative

What You'll Handle

You'll serve as a Teller/MSR at our Walton Hills branch. This role exists to keep the teller line accurate, fast, and consistent for every member.

Key responsibilities:
- Operate teller drawer for member transactions, balancing service speed with control
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
- Manage cash limits, vault/cash drawer controls, and daily balancing
- Resolve member issues at the line and escalate when needed
- Follow credit union policies and required security procedures

Required qualifications/skills:
- 1+ years of teller or cash-handling experience
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort with transaction volume
- Clear communication, steady decision-making with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn branch systems
