Position Overview
To ensure that Respiratory Therapy services rendered (the evaluation and treatment of patients) are completed in a timely, accurate and reliable manner. Those served include inpatients, outpatients, UHS staff and employees as well as affiliated UHS community groups as needed.Primary Department, Division, or Unit:
Work Shift and Schedule:
This is a per diem position, which means you will work on an as needed, agreed upon basis. Working hours will be assigned by your manager.
Compensation Range:
$30.58 - $45.86 per hour, depending on experienceThis position is not eligible for benefits.

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- Graduation from an accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
Preferred:
- One (1) year experience as a Respiratory Therapist
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- New York State Respiratory Therapy Permit or License
- Registered by the NBRC as a Respiratory Therapist
- CPR and ACLSÂ Certification within 3 months of hire
