Mid-Hudson Subaru, a member of the VIP Automotive Group, is hiring a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist / BDC Representative / Loaner Coordinator to join our busy automotive dealership service department.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a car dealership, automotive service department, BDC, customer service, receptionist, rental car, or loaner coordination who enjoys working with customers and keeping daily operations organized.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60,000–$80,000 annual earning potential, inclusive of bonuses
• Monday–Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
• Full-Time
• Automotive dealership service department
• Ongoing training and career development

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Assist customers with questions regarding service visits
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and transportation for service customers
• Maintain accurate loaner vehicle records and availability
• Check customers in and out of loaner vehicles
• Verify customer information, driver's licenses, and required paperwork
• Communicate vehicle pickup and delivery information
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and customer follow-up
• Assist the Service BDC with customer communication and appointment setting
• Update customer information and activity in the dealership CRM/DMS
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Managers
• Maintain an organized and professional service reception area
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer's dealership visit

⭐ Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
• Service Receptionist, Service BDC, BDC Coordinator, Loaner Coordinator, Service Appointment Coordinator, or automotive customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service department
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer and CRM/DMS experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
