Administrative Assistant → Future TrainerÂ
Organization meets opportunity. Communication meets creativity. And your next career adventure starts here.Â
We’re a property management business that sells and rents manufactured homes, and we’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and curious Administrative Assistant to work closely with our COO.Â
This isn’t your typical “manage the calendar and answer emails” role. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations organized while learning our business, supporting our training programs, and developing the skills to eventually become an internal trainer.Â
️ What You’ll DoÂ
- Provide administrative support to leadership and the teamÂ
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and logisticsÂ
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and training materialsÂ
- Keep files, records, and databases organizedÂ
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholdersÂ
- Support office operations and help improve processesÂ
- Assist with training schedules, materials, and session logisticsÂ
- Learn our training content and gradually begin co-facilitating sessionsÂ
Where You Can GrowÂ
We’ll help you develop your presentation and facilitation skills through hands-on experience, coaching, and our train-the-trainer approach. The goal is for you to grow from administrative superstar to confident internal trainer.Â
What You BringÂ
- 3–5 years of administrative or office support experienceÂ
- Excellent organization and time-management skillsÂ
- Strong written and verbal communicationÂ
- Comfort with Microsoft Office workspace, with a focus in Teams Chats, Channels and ActivitiesÂ
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindsetÂ
- Curiosity and a willingness to learnÂ
- Confidence presenting to small groups—or enthusiasm to develop itÂ
- The ability to juggle priorities and roll with the occasional plot twistÂ
You’ll Stand Out If You…Â
Enjoy teaching, coaching, or helping people learn. You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and naturally look for ways to make things work better.Â
If you’re organized enough to keep the wheels turning, curious enough to learn the business, and excited about eventually teaching others—we’d love to meet you!Â
