- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.
- Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
- Repairs can include roof repairs, painting, and flooring installation, Basic plumbing, and electrical.
- Keep a record of completed repairs and complete machine logs when serviced.Â
- Participate in Safety Meetings and maintain a safety-first attitude.
- Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Professional work ethic and commitment to safety
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Willing to learn new techniques for the manufactured home industry
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- HVAC Experience is a plus
- Heavy Equipment Experience Preferred
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
