The Business Intelligence (BI) Team at PopSockets is a group of talented and agile professionals looking to add an experienced Lead to our team as we continue to grow. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes while collaborating with analysts and other stakeholders to drive an obsession with using data to inform decision making. The Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for ensuring data reliability and accuracy from source systems and updating, as needed, any data transformations from the raw data to normalized, report-ready tables. Additionally, they should be comfortable working within a global company that utilizes multiple ERP systems, eCommerce tools, marketplace APIs (including, but not limited to Amazon Vendor, Seller Central and Walmart Marketplaces), and Ad platforms. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude who wants to grow their skill set and institutionalize AI-driven change at a dynamic company that values collaboration and hard work. This position reports to our Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence in the US.
