About the Role
PopSockets operates across multiple retail and ecommerce channels, a custom OMS, localized ERPs, and global 3PL partners in North America and Asia. We鈥檙e hiring a Business Systems Analyst to bring structure and clarity across that ecosystem.

This role focuses on end-to-end order flow, integration reliability, and disciplined requirements delivery. As we continue our return to growth, our systems need to scale cleanly and predictably. This role ensures they do.

This is a hands-on systems role. It is not a coordination-only BA position.

What You鈥檒l Work On:
Order Lifecycle & Integration Health
路聽聽聽聽Support and improve order flow across sales channels, custom OMS, ERP, and 3PL systems
路聽聽聽聽Diagnose and reduce integration failures between OMS and fulfillment partners
路聽聽聽聽Improve order routing logic accuracy and data consistency
路聽聽聽聽Increase visibility into fulfillment status discrepancies
路聽聽聽聽Support light configuration updates within our Microsoft Dynamics environment
聽
Requirements & Systems Delivery
路聽聽聽聽Translate business needs into structured system requirements and technical specifications
路聽聽聽聽Author and manage user stories in Jira, including clear acceptance criteria and traceability
路聽聽聽聽Create process documentation and data definitions in Confluence
路聽聽聽 Support UAT and validation of enhancements across OMS and ERP
路聽聽聽聽Partner with engineering and operations on rollout planning

Systems Analysis
路聽聽聽聽Investigate ERP-to-OMS data mismatches and operational exceptions
路聽聽聽聽Analyze datasets to identify systemic risk areas or inefficiencies
路聽聽聽聽Build reporting or dashboards to support operational decision-making

Cross-Functional Leadership
路聽聽聽聽Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product

\n- 3-6 years as a Business or Systems Analyst in ecommerce or operational environments
- Experience working with OMS, ERP, and fulfillment system integrations
- Experience writing and managing user stories in Jira
- Strong understanding of multi-channel order flow
- Comfort reading JSON/XML and understanding API-based integrations
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
- Clear, structured communicator with strong problem-solving instincts
