As the Senior Accountant, you will work on-site with our Boulder, Colorado-based team. This role supportsĀ OneTogetherĀ Solution’s responsibilities in handling administration and support for our clinics.Ā OneTogetherĀ Solutions and the clinics we manage have a profound impact on the patients, families, and communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with controller, staff accountant, and CFO to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness  

  • Work across multiple systems to maintain accurate records for multiple entities   

  • Month CloseĀ responsibilities,Ā including BalanceĀ Sheet account reconciliations, posting accrual and amortization journal entries, review of all accounts, and preparing monthly reportsĀ 

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, including posting of revenue journal entries andĀ depositsĀ 

  • Weekly reporting   

  • Assist in annual audits   

  • Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information   


Requirements
  • Minimum one yearĀ requiredĀ posting accrual journal entries   

  • CPA preferred, notĀ requiredĀ 

  • Proficient in Microsoft ExcelĀ 

  • ProficientĀ in QuickBooksĀ Online    

  • Strong attention to detail,Ā organizationalĀ skills,Ā and ability to manage multiple conflictingĀ priorities in multi-entity environmentĀ 

  • Team player whoĀ can work collaboratively and independently with a positiveĀ attitude   

  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills    

  • Takes initiative in problem solving, completing assignments and researching issues as appropriate
