We are searching for a talented Clinical Pharmacist

Hours: 32 flex 40hrsÂ
Shift: Day/Evening shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 12:30pm - 9:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation Â
Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA; Rotation in clinical pharmacy to all 3 of our hospital sites is encouraged on an as needed basisÂ

Responsibilities
Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or Designee, perform a variety of professional services, consultations and responsibilities related to the clinical review of patient drug therapy, knowledgeable of computer applications, pertinent state and federal law/regulations and provide immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel. The clinical pharmacist will have responsibilities in critical care, trauma, emergency room, and/or medical floors depending upon assignment.Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Completion of PGY-1 residency program preferred as well as 3 years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.
- This experience includes pain management, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, antimicrobial stewardship, critical care and/or emergency medicine.
- BCPS accreditation in pharmacotherapy and/or specialty preferred as well as active BLS certification, active ACLS certification, and active PALS certification
- A Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy is required.
- Required to work both the clinical pharmacist role and inpatient pharmacist role as the department schedule needs
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.Â
Pay Range
