Trinity Solar is seeking skilled Residential Electricians to join our growing team in the Electrical, Service, and Installation Departments. In this role, you’ll perform service upgrades, utility meter moves, and the installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and devices that power residential solar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform service upgrades, meter moves, and installation of solar-related electrical equipment, wiring, and devices in compliance with company standards, job specifications, and all national (NEC) and local codes.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership for service teams or installation crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety on every project.
  • Assist installation teams with staging materials, site preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
  • Complete thorough project documentation, including photographs, equipment diagrams, and records of existing site features, and submit all materials promptly.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, inspectors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow company policies, including proper care and operation of company vehicles and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • State Electrical License – Required
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application in residential settings.
  • Prior residential solar experience preferred, though not required—we’re willing to train motivated licensed electricians.
  • Solid mechanical skill set with comfort using tools, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and maintaining balance while working on rooftops or varied terrain.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 40–50 lbs. safely.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
