Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager, Volunteer Services, perform diversified duties in the support of the patient information desk at Tobey Hospital by providing information and customer service to visitors, staff, patients, vendors, etc of the hospital information desk.Qualifications
- Equal to completion of four years of high school required.
- Basic computers skills in using Groupwise and cash register.
- Over three months experience required.
- Duties include but are not limited to answrering the phones, directing and or escorting patients to respective testing sites, adhering to dress code policy, creating visitation badges for visitors entering the facility.
- Must have computer knowledge (outlook, kronos and epic a plus).
- Excellent customer service skills as well as team player attitude.
- Able to compose yourself during emergency situations such as calling a code if need be.Â
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $15.77 - USD $22.29 /Hr.Rotation Schedule Requirement
