About the EPUT Program

The Electric Power Utility Technology (EPUT) Program, created in collaboration with Eversource, Bunker Hill Community College, and Local 369, Utility Workers Union of America, is a comprehensive, accredited, two‑year academic, technical, and on‑site training program.

This program blends classroom instruction with hands-on, real-world experience, providing a strong foundation for success in a variety of utility-related roles. The EPUT program serves a diverse student population—from recent high school graduates to individuals seeking a career change—by offering the opportunity to gain the skills needed for a successful career in the energy sector while earning an Associate’s Degree.
