Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of transportation and distribution activities, helping ensure materials move efficiently from inbound receiving through outbound delivery. This role coordinates carrier dispatch, shipment tracking, scheduling, and customer communication while supporting accurate reporting and documentation. The position also assists with inventory management and warehouse operations during off-peak seasons, helping maintain smooth internal flow and data accuracy. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that works closely with internal teams and external partners to help keep shipments on time, resolve issues quickly, and support overall supply chain efficiency.

300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm. 100% Onsite.Â
Essential Duties:
- Support day-to-day transportation activities, including dispatching carriers, tracking shipments, coordinating customer updates, and assisting with invoicing accuracy.
- Maintains the seasonal shipping calendar and assist with transportation capacity planning during peak periods.
- Support appointment scheduling and coordination to help ensure smooth yard and dock flow.
- Work with internal teams and external carriers to help resolve transit delays and support on-time delivery performance.
- Prepare and maintain reporting for leadership, including shipment activity, freight and 3PL costs, and delivery performance metrics.
- Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, inventory tracking, and issue resolution as needed.
- Support warehouse operations during off-peak seasons, including assisting with workflow, documentation, and process improvements.
- Maintain Pallet BOM master data and assist with updates to pallet configurations as needed.
- Act as a hands-on problem solver, helping identify issues and supporting practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.
- All other job-related duties as assigned by manager.Â
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting, and analysis
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- 1–3 years of experience in inbound and outbound logistics or transportation support
- Basic understanding of import/export processes (introductory level is fine)
- Experience working within an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Clear and detail-oriented communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and external partners
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, practical approach to resolving issues
